One of our largest apartments that accommodates between 4 to 6 people.
This 2 bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms is located on the ground floor.
A wooden and glass panelled private entrance leads into a wide corridor taking you left into the lounge furnished with a sofa set, wooden coffee tables, satellite TV and typical Tuscan decor; very spacious with original ancient stone and brick walls, a dining area furnished with a large rustic wooden table that seats 6 people and an open kitchen built from walnut wood.
Off the living room is an alcove where you can relax with a good glass of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in front of the open fireplace. This "room" is often used to accommodate one or two extra beds, allowing for up to 6 people to use the apartment.
To the right of the corridor are 2 bedrooms with wooden parquet floors, one with 2 single beds that can be united to form a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, shower and sink. The second bedroom, large in size, has one double bed with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a toilet, shower, sink and bidet. The mattresses are orthopaedic and personal bed and shower linen is made from the highest quality Egyptian cotton.
At the entrance and looking out of the kitchen window are lawn gardens with beds of lavender and terracotta pots placed in various areas with bright red geraniums. The lawns and terraces are furnished with comfortable garden furniture to sunbathe or tables and chairs to dine al fresco.
