Cottages and apartments at Sant'Antonio have been dedicated to some of the greatest artists from the Renaissance period.
Why?  Apart from personal interest, we have some of these masters to thank for changing our art world and architecture locally in Montepulciano and to greater cities such as Florence, Rome and others across Italy and Europe.
Hundreds of thousands of visitors fly from across the globe to get a glimpse of their masterpieces.  From Sant' Antonio Country Resort a large number of these creations of art can be experienced from as close as a 2 minute to 2 hour drive.

We guarantee your stay to be as peaceful, comfortable and memorable as possible, providing you with the following services:

  • for your comfort, all our personalised bed linen and towels are made from the highest quality Egyptian cotton;
  • guaranteeing you a peaceful and comfortable rest; all mattresses in the bedrooms are to EU safety standards and are orthopaedic;
  • most of the furniture is original seventeenth and eighteenth century;
  • all units have fireplaces apart from the studio apartments;
  • for the hands on holiday chefs, our kitchens are equipped with high quality Italian China & crockery, glass wear and German cutlery;
  • various barbeque sights are available for "outdoor" cooking and for those who wish to dine al fresco and admire the vast views of our valleys and lakes;
  • all apartments are stocked up with local wines, water, beer and soft drinks;
  • satellite television providing you with 24 hour international news and events, sport and updated stock exchange keeping you in contact with the outside world.

All the apartments of Sant’ Antonio are self catering and are fully furnished with linen, towels etc and all kitchen utensils.
Linen is changed twice a week, on your arrival and mid week.

The rates are in Euros and do not include central heating.  This is to be paid separately on a consumption basis.

Accommodation rates include: Linen, bathroom and pool towels are changed every 3/4 nights. The differentiated waste is collected for recycling on a daily basis apart from Sundays. Free 24 hours internet / WIFI. A private 3.4km running & walking track that winds through the olive grows, farmlands, rolling hills and oak forests with stunning breathtaking views behind each corner. A small grass football field and stretching or yoga area, a 100 meter hill climb for extra running activities, parking, gardens and terraces including BBQ facilities. The swimming pool is open from May to September depending on the temperature. Elena and Nico are available on a daily basis is the office from 9.30am to 1.00pm and from 3.00pm to 6.00pm for any questions or assistance.

Check-in : Please check-in between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or after 5.00pm, let us know to arrange accordingly. The office closes at 6.00pm and therefore we recommend that you inform us if you are delayed.
Check-out: Departure around 10.00-10.30am. as we require the morning to prepare the accommodations for our new arrivals.
